Sokol West Gymnastics is a nonprofit Czech organization that has had a booth at Westfest since it started.
In our original booth, we sold kolache & cookies before we started selling funnel cakes.
We mix all our batter in the booth and use the original metal funnels and rings to fry these scrumptious treats.
Westfest is one of our major fundraiser of the year where current and past members volunteer to help raise money for our gym.

Funnel Cake
Sweet batter mixed and funneled into hot oil using a swirling, crisscross pattern and fried until golden brown. Sprinkled with powdered sugar. Fried in Peanut Oil.
Funnel Cake Fries
Stick shaped funnel cake, fried until golden brown and, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Easy finger food. Fried in Peanut Oil.
Toppings
Individual servings of your choice of Cherry, Strawberry, Blueberry, Peach, Apple, Cream Cheese, or Chocolate Syrup. Great to top your Funnel cake with or dip your Funnel Cake Fries in.
Fried Oreos
Oreos hand battered with funnel cake mix, fried until golden brown and, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Fried in Peanut Oil.
Skunk Eggs
The Pizza House of West Skunk Eggs. Chicken, onion, bacon, cheese, jalapeno, and special spices, battered, and fried. Served with one serving of The Pizza House of West Ranch. Fried in Peanut Oil.
Ranch
Extra individual serving of The Pizza House of West Ranch.
Pickle Pops
Tangy frozen treat made with pickle brine, frozen into freeze pop tubes. Great way to help beat the heat!
Brewed Tea
Ice cold freshly brewed tea. Sweetened or Unsweetened.
