The SPJST No. 6 Sausage Shop food booth is one of the original booths at Westfest beginning in 1976. The original booth was an open booth made of tables.
Later we had a screened in booth. In 1985, we built our own food trailer which we used for the next 38 years.
In 2024, we purchased a new food trailer. It is white with a large red banner across the front. Look for us down at the south end of the food vendors
